		I was continually put at ease "I am writing this letter to sincerely Thank You for the restoration I have recently had done to my upper front teeth. Everything was explained thoroughly from the start of treatment right through to the end, in a precise understandable manner. 		No pain or discomfort "I was a little apprehensive before treatment started as I thought that there would be long drawn out appointments and that there would be some pain or discomfort. 		The treatment was easier than I expected "I had a crown for a number of years which broke away and could not be replaced. I was left with the alternative of having a palette or an implant. The procedure involved in having the implant was fully explained to me and I decided to go ahead with that. The procedure was carried out in a professional and hygienic manner. 		Given me a better quality of life "After weighing up all of the available options, I settled on having two teeth implanted. The process was lengthy but less painful than I expected, although there was discomfort as I had to have stitches in several times. But the end results speak for themselves, this was the right choice for me and has given me a better quality of life. 		Exceeded all my expectations "I consulted Mr Branfield after years of neglect which has cost me several teeth. I expected to be told that all the remained would have to extracted.  Instead, I was offered a choice of restorative programmes, varying in complexity and price, and I picked the simplest. Two teeth were decayed beyond recovery, but Mr Branfield reconstructed the rest, leaving me highly pleased with both their function and appearance. At no time did my treatment give me any pain or discomfort
I needed an upper denture, and Mr Branfield fitted this so precisely that I have never experienced even the slightest insecurity or unwanted movement, whatever the circumstances. "I decided to attend Castle Park Dental Practice after reading Chris Branfield's contribution in the Cottingham Times regarding nervous patients. He was describing exactly how I felt about dentists, after experiencing lots of poor treatment over the years.

At my first appointment we went through my problems and I was able to inform him what my main concerns were.

At my next appointment I had to have a tooth extracted, and I felt confident enough to have this done, even though I have had to have this done under sedation in the past. Although an unpleasant experience, it was made very easy with lots of explanation and encouragement from Chris and the nurse attending.

I have had several appointments since then, and it is such a good feeling to know that I can attend (knowing that I am going to undergo treatment) without the awful dread that I have experienced in the past.

"Implant treatment to restore my smile was suggested to me after several tooth extractions had been carried out prior to Easter-time 2005.

Following a discussion concerning the feasibility, a request was made to start a programme which would achieve completion by the end of September 2005. An event to celebrate my Golden Wedding anniversary was already planned to take place on October 1st.

After wanting the treatment for sometime I asked Chris Branfield for his opinion and thoughts on what I would need, how long the procedure, discomfort, cost and time it would take. Amazingly natural looking

"I would recommend dental implant as the result I received was an amazingly natural looking replacement matched to my own teeth that feels as strong and comfortable as my own teeth.

When I first considered having an implant I was more than a little apprehensive about the treatment as I have had not much more than fillings in the past. However, yourself and your staff were very patient and at all times I was treated with the utmost courteousness and consideration.

My treatment went absolutely to plan and at all times I was kept fully informed of all aspects of the procedure and constantly reassured. I experienced no pain and only a little discomfort throughout the whole procedure.
